I was hungry for Wanton Noodles, but I could not get any wanton skin today at the store. So I just have to settle for Char Siew (Chinese BBQ Pork) noodles. I bought the Char Siew from OK chinese grocery store. Froze it when I got home and bake it as the show stopper for my noodles. Sauce is simple, oyster sauce, soy sauce, ketchup and water.
