Thai Style Basil Minced Pork

I found myself in a strange position of having too many herbs at home. So I decided to add them, why waste?
To very little oil, I infused lemon grass and minced garlic. Then add minced pork and fry till they turn brown. Next, add chopped to bits chinese celery stalks, green onions, basil leaves. Then add fish sauce, lime juice and sugar. I chopped up thai chilli peppers on the side for "the brave and the bold". I don't eat a lot of sodium so adjust your taste to your own liking. Did I mention I set aside a small portion of minced meat before adding all the herbs and seasoning for the kids? A good dish to go with brown rice on a summer day.
