Claypot chicken without the Claypot

Hungry for this dish for dinner but I broke 2 claypots last month. Tofu, chicken, carrots, spring onions, ginger, garlic and chilli peppers from my friend's yard. Trick to this dish, season chicken chunks with soy, salt, pepper, a dash of cooking wine and the left over egg yoke. I did pan fry the ginger and tofu till they are a little crisp before adding the chicken. Personally, I like to add  a tsp of soy sauce and oyster sauce and a little water when stir frying. You can add a dash of sugar to kill that "dead salty" taste. When it is all mixed well, add a little more water so you can braised it covered for 10 mins at low hear. You can crack an egg on it before you start to braised. Before serving, add a little sesame oil if you like.
